Insoria is an informational and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Ingredient analyses, evidence summaries, sleep statistics, and supplement suggestions are for general information only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or combining any supplement — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in Insoria.
Insoria provides AI-assisted analysis of supplement ingredients, a personalized supplement routine builder, a sleep journal, sleep tracking, and related insights. AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies; we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any analysis, price comparison, or insight.
The app, its design, content, and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. Share cards generated by the app may be shared for personal, non-commercial use. You retain rights to the content you create (notes, logs).
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Sleep tracking metrics are estimates and may be imprecise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information in the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Insoria at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Alabama, United States, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
